Manual Steering boxes

Hello all,
I'm working on my 1952 1 ton, and I've been working on a V8 swap.
Almost everything so far has fit with relatively no modification... almost.
The original steering box and column can fit, but I won't have room for exhaust manifolds. I've been looking for a box lately, and I think I found one that will fit.
I just had a few questions about it, and I figured you guys would be the people to ask!

So I found this steering box on ebay, and they said it fit's c10's from the '70 to '87. Is this true? (so far, I've only seen them with power steering units)

Where could I find one for a decent price? I can't afford $200 or $300 for a steering box and have the possibility it won't even work. (all the yards in my area that have the truck have power steering)

Do you think I'm heading in the right direction? (I'd like to stay with manual steering) or is there an entirely different box that could work?

Thanks
