What's causing this?

Something must be hooked up backwards with my truck's power door locks, but what exactly? When I'm on the driver's side and I hit unlock, it locks the passenger side. When I hit lock, it unlocks the passenger side. So they each do the opposite of each other. Not very practical. I end up having to lean over there every time and just push the doorlock down.

This will be the first time I've ever actually worked on door lock actuators, so I'd like to go in armed with at least some information. Is there just two wires per actuator? If so, perhaps I could simply reverse the wires at the actuator, and it would be fixed. If not, what's the easiest method of getting it to function correctly?
