383 stroker?

any one ever build one. what does it take? I know you start with a 350 block and bore it out .030 but it is the crank and rods that confuse me. any one want to walk me threw this. I have built many motors and have never tackled a stroker. what do you have to do to the block other than that?

any help would be app.
i did a search on line but every one wants to sell you a kit
