A real delemma, help.

My 72' K-10 paint change is underway and I am ready to dismantle the cab and remove it from the frame. Here's my deal... this K-10 is my daily driver and I know it will be apart for a month or two while it's blasted/primed/painted and then put back together. So I need another truck to drive while this is going on. I'm thinking an inexpensive S-10 4x4 (Colorado snow to deal with). Are there any years to look for or to stay away from. Anybody else come up against this delemma when restoring your daily driver? Any ideas of input is greatly appreciated....maybe just lease a new one??? I'm not really sure what to do. And no I can't drive the Prowler while this is going on.
