Wiring a 400 turbo kickdown switch.

I have a kickdown switch for my 400 turbo and I am trying to think if the best way to power it. I am out of slots in the fuse box due to the electric choke, hei, power and led for the tac. Would running a wire from the battery fused to the kickdown switch be a good idea?

Thanks
