This is one of the nicest 69-72 original wheels I've seen. It has some cracks, which is to be expected, but will make a great jumpstart for a restoration, or you could just run it like this. It had a steering wheel cover on it, for what looked like ages. It has a nice horn button, and it has the internal horn button parts. The horn clicks real nice when pressed.
