F44 Suspension?

My brother and I found a donor truck at a salvage yard for my dads '66 pickup build we are working on. I am lost on the F44 stuff. I am trying to order some wheel bearings, calipers etc etc for it but I see RockAuto has W/F44 and W/O F44.

From What I remember about the donor truck:

Late 70's-Early 80's
Small block
1/2 Ton
2WD

I measure the rotors just now and they are spec'ing out to 1.25" width.

On the spindles there is a small metal circular band that is attached to each spindle. I have no idea what it says as I haven't cleaned them off well enough yet.

How do I know if I have the F44 option if I do not know the VIN?
