P0606 is an Internal ECM failure code for the 5-volt reference voltage performance.

5-volt reference generally runs a little under 5 volts, 4.95 as an example.
I would use a Tech 2 & review failure records or data log with EFI live/HPtuners & see what the reference voltage does.

Possible causes..
ECM cant control reference voltage, Produces too high or low voltage.
Short too 12 volt source....Pulling the reference "High".
Short too Ground....Pulling the reference "Low"
Shorted sensor....Pulling the reference "Low"
Programming Error....Tuning/tuner, Mismatched OS, Incomplete "Write" to the ECM....Not getting any other codes leads to believe this is the case.
