Sway Bar & Porterbuilt

I see the porterbuilt forums are down - I know they had a link in there for the installation of the front sway bar but I can't get to it - so hoping someone who has done the install can point me in the right direction. Can anyone take a look at this and tell if I have all the bushings and what not going in the right direction. Additionally, I had it in my head that where it attaches to the frame that one hole would match up and the other would need to be drilled - but appears that one hole (the rear) is where the rivet for the front cross member is - and the front one is right where there's a larger than normal hole in the frame... any help greatly appreciated.
