Headlight bezel repair

So the other night I get in my truck to drive home from work and turn on the headlights...the left one is out.

Get out to go tap on it and wiggle the wires (often brings them back to life) and the headlight starts to fall out, the wires caught it.

Upon further checking I find one of the 3 screws missing and two of the three tabs broken off, but still attached with the screws to the truck.

When I got home I did a quick repair by drilling a hole through the tab abd bezel and putting in small pop rivets.

You may not want to do it on a show truck, but to get a DD driving again it seems ok.

Broken off (failed spot weld) tabs.

You can see where to put the tab back on.

Drilled and ready for rivet.

Back in working order.
