no factory rivets?

What would be a likely cause that you would think of?
1969 swb

Someone replaced every single rivet (very front cross member, ball joints, even the brackets from the frame for the sway bar.literally everything) has been bolted.
Just seeing what others may think? Maybe they undid it for frame straightening at one time?

The suspension stuff is always likely to have been rebuilt.no big deal.just makes me curious why every cross member etc would be.I know bits a wild guess.
