Front Coil Springs & Shocks Replacement

Due to rust I'm replacing the front coil springs & shocks on my 1970 GMC (1/2 ton). 25 years ago I replaced the straight 6 (250) engine with a V8 (350). I actually like the way the front end sits now (which seems standard height - please see photo) and want to replicate it. My concern is what to buy :

Coils : standard or heavy duty, and do I need a 'drop' to compensate for the motor (weight) change and the coil 'sagging' over time ?

Shocks : standard or heavy duty ?

Any advice & recommendations is greatly appreciated
