Not mine, cool '67 c30 ebay find

I was on ebay and found this c30, rust isn't too horrible, and hes not asking an arm and a leg for it.
Im thinking of showing this one to my dad, who is considering flipping cars from the southern states in upstate new york, where rust free cars are hard to come by and sell for more.
Could this c30 haul a car on its flat bed? or is a 1 ton not sufficient?
