Door sill plates, tail light trim and glove box question!!

So got liner in glove box but could use a few pictures of how steel lip that lock/catch catches on should be mine is bent to hell got it kinda fabed. Also is there something that should push door open? Like spring because i got to pull it open.

Door sills i have look like they should work but how do i mount with lap belt buckle mech in way?

Lastly any one know how i could "add" tail light trim if truck doesnt have slots for clips? Would a adheasive work without looking stupid? Or messing up rear fenders in some way?
