Rear seat belt anchor points?

Looking for some help as I’m not having much luck with searching on my own. I have even found some of my own pre-disassembly pictures but they don’t help much either. I cannot figure out where the other two seat belts bolt to the rear seat. The red seat pictured is what I have found here on the forum and the black one is mine. Red seat shows all four belts being bolted to the legs. Mine only has two legs intended to be used as anchor points? Any help would be great.

I also didn’t realize first gen Blazer seats had different rear leg spacing. I assumed they were all alike. Mine are evenly spaced the red one appears to have two more centered.
