Lincoln is an ol’ stalwart, they led the industrial market for decades. You can’t go wrong with Lincoln machines.
Miller has overtaken the light industrial & home owner market. Miller went after the welder market aggressively and captured it. They are great machines Used plasma cutters are a good bet , unless it comes from a plate or sheet metal shop it has probably seen less than 25% of its duty cycle/use for its age
