Eagle Field Drags this weekend

Here is the link.. Super cool event at an old WW2 air base. Not track prep, 1/8 mile arm drop with no clocks.

I am making a few suspension changes to hopefully make the truck work better out there.

Put the 125lb tail gate back on
Lowered the rear 2 1/2"
Putting in a either a 100lb or 110lb spring in the rear with a 1" spacer (which ever will fit right) currently a 130lb
Set the instant center longer and lower (70/2 instead of 57/5) to hopefully help transfer better
Will be softening up the bound of the rear shocks


Will be running on motor only. Might take some timing out of the motor for the initial hit. Should be fun!!
