Whats a reasonable price to pay for this 69 C10 - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Its a short bed and has a great paint job on it. The 350 was rebuilt and so was tranny. They have about 1,000 miles on them.
The rear end is stock but has 4.10s swapped into it.
I dont know how the interior looks but from the rest of the truck it cant be too bad.
He's wanting $9,500
Id obviously lower the rear and put different wheels and tires on it.

But how do I know its worth 9500 cause I've seen some trucks with original paint jobs go for 5-6000 but then I see some that sort of look like this one that have a good set of wheels and tires. and they are wanting $15k
So I'm alil confused on what makes these trucks worth so much more than others.

What would you all offer for a truck like this?
