Rust repair has begun on the cab. Here's what we started with on the driver's side:

Floor, toe board, and kick panel:







Kick panel @ floor from the outside:



Toe board @ floor from the outside:



Front cab brace:



Rear cab brace:



Rear cab brace and cab corner:



Previously replaced rocker came off easy since it was only brazed in a few spots:



Guess they felt no need to repair any rust before they put a new rocker on:
(For some reason this pic loaded backwards???)



Rear door jamb:



Cab corner and inner rocker@ cab brace:



Trimmed and ready to start fitting new metal. Cab braces will get replaced too:
