new to the forum and have a question for all of you experianced 67-72 ers

I"ve just picked up a 71 GMC 1ton that has been converted to a duelly, it was done long ago but who ever did the job did it well. it has 4" duelly fenders protruding from the bed like a step side rear fenders. my question is... did GM make molding for step side fenders??? I would like to 2 tone paint the thing but havent found any molding for the rear fender section. Help anyone!!!
