Extra Bolster for Buddy Buckets

Hey doods. I've been rollin a set of tattered 67-68 buddy buckets in my 64 for a few months and it's (well beyond) time to recover them.

I'd like to add some bolstering to the seat bottom and back when I replace the covers. I've been considering two options:
  1. Buy 67-68 truck foams and add foam to the desired bolster areas.
  2. Buy another type of seat's foam and trim to fit.

For option 2 I have been looking at these Chevelle Sport foams.

Has anyone done or seen anything similar?
