Need help testing heat and a/c control

I need to replace the heat and a/c control on my 1972 Sierra Grande. I found a good one at the local pull and pay. It does not have any broken levers and looks good. I am using a circuit test to see what wires have power at different switch positions. After testing I realized I am not sure what the results are supposed to be. Any help would be appreciated. I tested the control with the wiring bundle attached to the switch. There is a power in wire and three power out wires (Yellow, Blue, Orange). Here are the results I got from my test:
Switch off: All out wires off.
Switch 1st position. Yellow wire on (blue and orange wires off)
Switch 2nd position. Yellow and Blue wires on (Orange wire off)
Switch 3rd position. Yellow and Orange wires on (Blue wire off).

Thanks
