best anti theft switch/toggle whats your thought

looks like im going to be using my K20 as a DD for a few month. I want to install a anti theft switch. I remember people used to use a toggle switch connected the hot wire of the coil. Is this the best way??

Whats your thoughts or what have you done. mine is a 85. Not FI or TBI. Its a carb with a Hei dizzy. I could always put an alarm, but i want to make it as if they are going to steal it they are going to have to use a tow truck..
