engine bogging under acceleration..

Ok, can someone give me a checklist of what items to look into.

I'm running a gm crate 350 ,all new accessories under the hood.

Truck ran great then all of a sudden the other day it is bogging really bad under accelleration,

Then it ran ok for a drive, now its back to bogging out really bad.

Thanks guys. It ran great for a week or 2 and this just started happening.
