Southcity Registered User Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: Redwood City, CA Posts: 1,177	Lic plate flip-out 66 GMC Suburban - the entire rear licence plate mount is hinged and flips up, the plate itself is mounted to it with it's own spring-hinged mount.
