man7sell Registered User Join Date: Feb 2014 Location: Granite Falls, WA Posts: 84	Noisy Starter, Ring Gear Cover Missing Before I bought my truck, the ring gear and starter were replaced. The starter engages great with no misses (like it did before I bought it). But it is really noisy. Upon quick inspection from below and here's why. I think something is missing. Now where to get a replacement? Attached Images
