'71 250 L6 & th350 for sale

Final PRICE REDUCTION to $450 and can throw in a brand new in the box IMCO muffler (2.25 inlet/outlet) from Summit. Come and get it!

I've decided to go ahead and pull the motor/tranny in my '71 c10 (and go LS) The original 250 motor has HEI ignition with newly rebuilt distributor and original rebuilt Rochester 1bbl carb. Has new fuel pump, filter, and air filter, and cap and rotor as well. The th350 is in great functioning/shifting order but does appear to have a leaky front seal. Motor starts, idles and runs great but is a little rough in the mid-range (improves greatly as motor warms up). I just recently drove it about 60 miles round trip and it performed well.

Will be complete from air cleaner to tranny with linkages and a floor mounted B&M T handle shifter.

The truck sat for a few years in a field before I had a mechanic help me get it running and do the carb and distributor rebuild. Have receipts as well.

I'm asking $650 obo for both motor and tranny picked up at my mechanic's shop in Marietta, GA. No shipping. Might be willing to split if necessary. PM or email robertdpurser@gmail.com. Can provide pics and or video (still in truck at this moment but can have pulled with a little notice). Will likely have pulled over next week.
