Which patch panel do I need for this?

Like most 55-59 trucks I see, my recently acquired '59 apache has rust holes in the rear of the lower door hinge pocket on both sides. They were literally PACKED with mud before I cleaned them out.
I see numerous patch panels available but can't quite put together which one I need just by looking at the pictures online.

Can somebody please look at these pictures from my truck and tell me which panel I need exactly?
