grs Registered User Join Date: Jan 2010 Location: Roanoke, Tx. Posts: 1,561	Choke rod to short. I was going to put a Mr. Gasket carb adapter on my truck. After I bought it I noticed the choke rod on the divorced choke will be 3/4th of an inch to short, because the adapter raises the carb up 3/4th of an inch. Does any one make a choke that has a longer rod?
