smoke on de-acceleration

Hi all,
Recently I noticed my 65 GMC puts out a puff of blue smoke de-acceleration. Like when I let off the gas to shift. She runs pretty good. Plugs arnt fouling. I just happen to be looking out my side mirror when I shifted today and noticed it. Is this a sign of worn rings or what? Just wondering how concerned I should be.

Thanks,
Tim
