Need help sourcing interior door panel screws

Had to extract most of mine as they were rusted in. Took one into Ace and was told it's a custom trim screw that they don't carry.

They're the four screws along the bottom of the inner door trim. They're 3/4" long, 1/4-20 threads. Phillips with a slight taper from the head to the threads. Ace had plenty of screws that were close but the heads were too large.

Just wondering if anyone else has had to find these and can point me in the right direction. I can take photos if it would help.
