Body alignment help please

Heres my problem. The pass front tire sits in 5/16" futher than the other tire. If I force the core support over it makes everthing out of square on the hood. The cab and core support are centered on the frame. Im measuring using a plumb bob off the fender to the center of the hub. Plus you can see that it is a little off. Just wondering I anybody has ran into this or has any ideas. I'm out of ideas. Thanks.
