Body Swap 67 on 72 frame

I've found a donor body, that is in significantly better shape than my body and was going to buy it and do a body swap. The donor is a 67 1/2 ton 4x2 and mine is a 72' 3/4 ton 4x4. Will it be an easy swap, mounting holes lining up, etc? I am only planning on swapping from the doors back and keeping the 72 front clip. Anything I need to be aware of before forking over the dough?
