Exclamation Chevy Pickup Towing Information

Greetings. I own a 1994 Chevy 1500. V6 4.3L 2WD Regular cab, 8ft bed.

I'm curious what the tow rating is and the GCWR.

I checked the door and I got this:

GAWR RR = 3404
GAWR FT = 3150
GVWR = 5600

I'm guessing the GVWR is the curb weight of the vehicle plus what it should have on the truck itself such as cargo and persons am I correct? IF it is then the payload for the bed can't be much since the curb weight of the truck is roughly 4100lbs.

I'm planning on getting a trailer for a boat but need to know how much this truck can handle before I go out and purchase what I'm towing.

Thank you.
