Rally vs. steelie question.

Ok so I've done some searching, but I'm still not sure. Basically, I've got some 73 and up 6 lug rally wheels on my truck right now. I'm assuming the previous owner put them on to make sure the wheels cleared the new disc brake drop spindles. Unfortunately for me the front tires rub on the inner fenders close to the outer fender on almost every meduim to large bump. My question is: Will putting some factory 71 or 72 steel wheels on my truck cure this issue? I'm not sure how wide these rallys are or if the tires I have currently will work on steelies. So here are some pictures to help illustrate.
