67 c-20 conversion to 5 lug

I am looking for any advice on the best approach to convert my 3/4 ton truck to a5 lug setup. My reasoning behind this is to be able to lower the truck and install disc brakes. I have access to a 93 full size chassis which has the brakes and power steering set up I am looking for but not sure how involved that conversion would be. I do know the frame would need to be shortened six inches to match the 127" wheel base of my long bed truck. Looking for any and all suggestions. Thanks in advance for your detailed responses!
