C20 & C30(SRW) factory 8 lug Kelsey Hayes steelies ?

Can any ya'll 3/4 and 1 ton'rs tell me the difference b/n these factory Chevy 8 lug steel wheels ? One is 70's C20/C30 and the other is 90's G30 van. I thought they used the same wheel - does the van have a different offset ?

Honest injun Kelsey Hayes "KH 16 x 6 1/2" 8 lug steel wheels are getting tough to find.

While on the topic, how were the 89-93 Dodge 8 lug steelies different ? they sure look identical to the GMs - different hub/pilot hole dimension or were those 16x6" only ? Yeah I know all about the Ford 16x7 Accurides, but I'm only interested in info on the GM (& Dodge) wheels here.

Thanks
