I dont know how to reference your frame number, you may want to post the numbers up on the suspension forum or the general 67-72 forum for better results. But, you do have a 67-72 frame, the cab mounts are in the right locations and the frame widens above the axle to accommodate the mounting of coil springs. If you are really concerned something is wrong place the crossmember upside down on top of the frame where it mounts and see if it would fit between the frame rails. PS- Placing the crossmember upside down on top of the frame in the correct location is also how I located the bolt holes to mount the crossmember.

Hold one of the top ends of the crossmember on the inside and high on the frame at or slightly behind the widest portion of the frame and slide the other top part of the crossmember in at a forward lower portion of the frame and give it a tap (Tap is a relative term, you might need to beat the snot out of it) with a hammer. Once in it should be easily maneuverable between the rails.
