Rat repair.

Well still no progress to report on the Rat.

I have been putting all my effort into breaking down the red fleetside bed on the red truck, maybe i should call it "Rusty" ?? Anyway i have 2 pickup beds out front right now so i'm sure the neighbors don't appreciate it much. I'm going to put the blue fleetside on the truck once i get the red bed broke down. Then put sides, tail gates ect inside it, then later on i'll figure out if and when i'm gonna resell the blue fleetside.

Once that's done i need to break down the step side and get it stowed away too.

I gotta say that dealing with a rusty bed is no picnic when you only have about 14" of space on one side of the bed and 2' on the other, i ate rust for 2 days (well, only a couple hours each day) getting the bolts off, most of them by breaking them, the rest by grinder. I have all the bolts out now and the 2 welds ground but the rear doesn't wanna come up easy, only 1/4" so far, i am guessing i may need to use a pry bar and a little muscle. I still need to cut off the bent up rear bumper to get it out of the way
