Broken Cam, Need some resto help

So I broke the cam in my 216 the other day. It was knocking when I bought it and I knew it was only a matter of time. I dropped the engine off at the machine shop to get a quote on rebuilding. My question is where can I get the original color paint for the engine? I was told it was Blue Gray, My engine is a 1951 3100 and has never been out or painted. The color I am seeing is like a silver almost white? Also I will be adding an original Inner line oil canister on the engine. What color was that painted? And did that canister have any decals on it? Last question, what color was the header manifold painted?
