Gage's/wiring HELP

I need to get my fuel gauge and temp gauge working I stuck a thermometer n it was running a little over 150 which is fine but I'd like to have working gauges.

I just put a new gas tank and bobber and my gas gauge isn't working I checked to make sure up was plugged into the panel n it was so whats going on?
