Shaving my firewall, need help on AC components

Im doing an LS swap on my 72, I wanted to see if ya guys can refer me to anybody to get my firewall sheet metal filler. I know porterbuilt has them but just wanted to see if there is anyone else out there. I need ya guys honest opinions.

Also im not 100% if I want to keep my AC. I was told I could still shave the firewall and have my AC from a kit that "VINTAGE AIR" sells. But I also heard of some small ac units that go under the dashboard like under the radio or glovebox, not sure but if ya guys could please help me out and point me to the right direction.

Thank you.
