1985 k10 cooling question

My 1985 k10 has a fully rebuilt 1975 chevy 350 bored to a 355 with about 8,000 miles on it. Recently the engine temp when running has been around 200 degrees. However before it was around 185. I replaced the thermostat to a 180 and now it runs at 180 degrees all the time is this fine??? Should the engine be running a little warmer?? Let me know
