Should I paint my bumper/grill?

I was just browsing and saw what supercharged did to his truck. Looks great. Wondering if I should do the same.

I like the original/patina look, but at the same time the bumper and grill are kind of distracting. My 4 year old keeps asking me when we're going to paint it.

I just put the wagon wheels on last weekend. They are a temporary fix till I can get the ralleys off my K5, which I plan on painting white as well.

It needs a good bath. Some of the red is actually Oklahoma that came along for the ride.

The rear bumper is chrome, and fairly new and nice. I cleaned it up last night, and plan on doing a little something to the side trim as well.
