Double Jeopardy

I have been reading other people's builds here and gathering ideas for my own 2 builds. Like a lot of folks on here I am on a tight budget and now that I am about to be the owner of 2 trucks, it is even worse! I figured the best way to gather ideas is to start a thread of my own. My plans are to keep both trucks somewhat like they would have come from the factory, with some modifications to my liking. I want them to still be trucks once completed and to be able to use them as such and still drive them to local cruise-ins. The first truck is a 55 3200 stepside which I would like to make into a heavy half or 3/4 ton truck. The other truck is a 55 3100 stepside which I would like to do a 4X4 conversion on. If anyone has done anything similar to either of these two options and could give some pointers, it would be greatly appreciated. From what I have seen, there is a LOT of talent here on this forum and everyone seems willing to give advice and offer assistance in any way that they can. I will try to load pictures once I figure out how to do it. I saw on another post where someone had told someone else about a couple of different ways to load pics, but I will have to try and find that thread again. More to follow.
