Tail Light wiring

Ok guys for the last 3 weeks I have been living in that search bar at the top of the page!! I started off with all of my light pretty much doing whatever they wanted. But now that I have got the fronts working right, my taillights are giving me fits.
With the headlight switch on, I do not have any parking, brake, or turn signals. My license plate light is on though. With the switch off I do have brake, and turn signals but they are dim. I am hoping for a simple ground issue being the case. What are your thoughts/suggestions? Thanks
