Anyone using Heim's and solid T. Arm bushings?
Just wondering if anyone is using Himes joints on their pan hard bars and solid bushings on their trailing arms in a Drag Racing application? A well know chassis builder at my track suggested I use Himes joints on my pan hard bar since mine were already due for replacement. He also suggested using spherical bushings in the trailing arms to help improve my 60 foot of 1.68. Just looking for some feedback from my fellow members, naturally I'm looking for every 10th I can gain! My best at the end of the season last year was 7.31 at 96 mph in the 1/8th, they made me cage my truck before I could run this season that's the reason I'm making changes now. My goal is to break into the 6's this season, that's the reason I am looking at the suspension for every advantage! Any suggestions?
