Installing Rear Lowering Blocks Help!!

This hour job is going to take me three days to complete. I unhooked the rear spring, removed the trac bar and removed the old U Bolt. Now I am trying to put it all together and it is just not lining up right. I have only undone the passenger side and have the frame on jack stands in the rear. What tips can you guys give some I can get this knocked out. Pictures show what it looks like right now.
