TexasLS1 Registered User Join Date: Jul 2012 Location: Jonestown, TX Posts: 471	Control Arm Shafts? I'm in the process of acquiring and prepping parts for a drop on my truck, and plan to replace ball joints, tie rods, etc. Is it necessary to replace the upper and/or control arm shafts, or can I just clean them up and paint them as long as they are in good condition?
