Mystery Part

So, I have this part thats not fixed to anything and when I depress the button when the truck is running...nothing happens. It was found sitting right on top of the brake booster and wasnt fixed to any part of the truck. I havent been able to run where the wires actually go to so I dont know if they're actually plugged in or not. The previous owner did a lot of half-ass electrical jobs so for all I know this button ran the subwoofer which is stuck under my seat... So far nobody has been able to identify it. Any help is much appreciated.
